Order your signs by September 26th!
Every year at our Walk to Remember, we have personalized signs for each child. If you plan on joining us, but do not have a sign from a previous picnic to bring, please let me know, and order one now. Deadline is next Saturday, September 26th. I have several orders already, and want to submit them all at one time. Each sign is 12 x 18 inches, and are professionally made and last for years. All I need right now if you are interested is a picture of your child and your name and your child’s name as you would like it printed on the sign. Each sign is $15, but payment is not required now. You can pay at the picnic on October or by PayPal through our website tcfspacecoast.org. Just select the “Donate” button at the top if you are using a computer, or on the pull down menu on a smart phone.

Event Details
Join us for this wonderful event. We are going to make this a “Bring your Own Lunch/Picnic” due to Covid concerns, so we are reducing our registration fees since we will not be providing the meat dish this year. We do have expenses for the Pavillion rent, bagpiper, and butterflies, so we are asking for a donation of $15 if you are coming by yourself, or $30 per family. That can be paid by PayPal at tcfspacecoast.org using the Donate button. In comments, state “Walk Registration”. Or you can pay by check made out to Compassionate Friends.
Now what we need is for people to Register for the Event so we know how many to expect.

- phone number
- number attending
That’s it. If you need a sign, let us know. We are working on those now.
The attachment below also contains a flyer for a raffle we are conducting in conjunction with the Walk. There are two available prizes, created and donated by Chapter members Sandy Marx and Shasta Michael. Sandy is leading this raffle. For tickets, email Sandy or private message her on Facebook. We encourage you to get family and friends to purchase tickets. Sandy will need your name, phone number and buyer’s name. She will then share the ticket numbers. You can pay for tickets using the instructions above for PayPal or Check. Just make sure the purchase says “Raffle” in comments.
This is always an excellent event! This year we have extra challenges, but this is an excellent opportunity to get outside in fresh air and be able to honor and remember your child in a special way! Sign up now!
